• Please be informed that our Hotel, fulfilling the legal obligation resulting from the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, asks upon check-in for a child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child. Examples of documents for identification include: ID card, school ID, mObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, court ruling.
• Starting January 1, 2025, a tourist tax is charged under the Act on local and spa fees in the Municipality of Ustroń at the rate of 6 PLN/person. The fee applies to persons reserving a stay of more than one night – the charge for a stay longer than two nights is calculated from the first commenced night and must be paid in cash at check-in.
