Please be informed that our Hotel, fulfilling the legal obligation resulting from the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting Sexual Offenses and Protecting Minors, requests upon check-in to present a child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child. Examples of documents may include an ID card, school ID, mObywatel application, Internet Patient Account, court ruling.

Please note that from January 1, 2026, a tourist tax is applicable according to the Act on levying local and spa fees in the Municipality of Ustroń in the amount of 6.30 PLN/person. The fee applies to persons booking a stay longer than one night – the fee for stays longer than two nights is charged from the first started night and must be paid in cash at check-in.

Reservation does not require prepayment at the moment of booking. To confirm, a deposit payment of 30% of the stay value is required no later than 14 days before the planned arrival. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
