- Please note that our Hotel, complying with the legal obligation stemming from the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, requests during check-in to show a child's ID or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child. Examples of documents for identification include: ID card, school ID, mObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, court decision.
- Please note that from January 1, 2025, a tourist tax applies according to the Act on local and spa fees in the Ustroń Municipality, amounting to 6 PLN/person. The fee applies to persons staying longer than one night. It is charged not only to the person making the reservation but to all staying overnight in the hotel. For stays longer than two nights, the fee applies from the first started night and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
